The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Dustin L. Cook, 23, of 620 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stay in a single lane.

* Ryan D. Groves, 27, of 1844 Scott St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and having expired license plates.

* Holly R. Schnurbusch, 21, of 1410 Margaret St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

* Joshua J. Hathaway, 27, of 824 Bellevue St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Vicky M. Jenkins, 45, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Lee Robinson, 26, of 1015 Village Drive, was arrested on suspicion of noise violation.

* Alisha D. Snider, 28, of 818 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Zadria D. Nunley, 26, of 1216 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of noise violation.

* Aaron E. Wade, 27, of 612 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from BP D-Mart at 3276 William St.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 2038 Perryville Road.

* Burglary was reported at 101 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

* A vehicle mirror was reported broken at 1416 Jefferson Ave.

* A phone line was reported damaged at 1203 S. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

* A noise violation was reported in the 2800 block of Independence Street.

* A three-speed bicycle was reported found in the 1800 block of Thilenius Avenue.
