Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert Steve Garrett, 54, 203 Franks Lane, was arrested on an O'Fallon, Mo., police warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of no insurance, improper registration and driving while suspended.

* Teresa Lynn Burke, 32, 2812 Hilltop Lane, Jackson, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Darin Lane Mansker, 30, 826 Dorothy, Jackson, was arrested on suspicions of possession of marijuana.

* Sonya Michelle Kimmins, Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Cecil M. Jenkins Jr., 35, 329 S. Sprigg St., Apt. A., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for absconding parole.

* Rose Ann Rhodes, 31, 331 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Andrea Renee Kieninger, 24, of 1024 William St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for a noise violation.

* Jonathan Hanley Dodson, 20, of 633 Locust St., was issued a summons for vehicles parked in city park.

Thefts

* Clothing and sunglasses were reported stolen at 329 N. Middle St.

Property damage

* A closet door was reported damaged at 1107 Merriwether St.

* Six tombstones were reported damaged at Old Lorimier Cemetery.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items Monday. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Michael A. Petty, 31, 2505 Allendale, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.

* Michael B. Presnell, 31, 192 Jeffrey Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Michael J. Spies, 19, 11 E. Mary St., Jackson, was issued a summons for an intermediate drivers license violation.

* Amanda L. Benton, 19, 2759 Ridge Road, Jackson, was issued a summons for an intermediate drivers license violation.

* Jason M. Anton, 24, 804 E. Main St., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and driving while suspended.

* Jon W. Eftink, 26, 133 Harris Drive, Jackson, was issued a summons for a child restraint violation, driving while revoked and failure to show proof of insurance.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of West Washington Street.

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 700 block of Donna Drive.
