Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Clarence Brown Jr., 19, 412 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for contempt of court.

* A subject was arrested, issued a summons and released for stealing a blender, safe, bamboo plant, floor lamp, a bag of topsoil and paver stones at Lowes, 3440 Lowes Drive.

* Christy D. Harrison, 20, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* April D. Rice, 34, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Joshua Kirk Morris, 18, 2913 Cuesta Drive, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Alejandro S. Santos, 414 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for following too closely and driving without a license.

* Stephanie M. Schremp, of St. Mary, Mo., was issued a summons for driving an unlicensed vehicle.

Stealing

* A book of checks was reported stolen at 119 N. Ellis St., Apt. A.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 2809 Themis St.

* A motor bike was reported stolen at 36 N. Henderson Ave.

* A Missouri license plate, number 997-BP9, was reported stolen at 1425 Merriwether St.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported at 1018 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

* Eighteen window panes were reported damaged at 601 Morgan Oak St.

* A vehicle passenger-side door was reported damaged on Sprigg Street.

* Sheet rock walls were reported damaged at 323 S. Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

* Protective custody was reported.

* A fraudulent attempt to obtain a controlled substance was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Janet J. Heisserer, 49, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper turn.

* Angela D. Sides, 31, of Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, interfering with an arrest, assaulting a law enforcement officer and driving while intoxicated.

* Joseph Kelley, 31, 1256 County Road 606, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of North High Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Union Avenue.

* Harassment was reported in the 2500 block of Ridge Road.

* Harassment was reported in the 600 block of West Adams Street.

* A child custody dispute was reported in the 1100 block of West Main Street.

* Property was reported found on Old Cape Road.
