Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* James Richardson Clayton, 19, of Towers North, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and prohibited acts.

* Ryan N. Glodo, 23, of 8049 Flamingo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and no headlights.

* Picola Rose Johnson, 21, of 2306 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield, failure to stop at a flashing red light, and keeping a disorderly house.

Arrests

* Justin C. Wiseman, 20, of 21 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape County warrant.

* Mark D. Lincoln, 29, of 124 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Brian S. Meredith, 21, of 1018 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape County warrant.

* Michael J. Craft, 25, of 2203 39th Street, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

Summonses

* Derek Lawrence Poston, 19, of 271 W. Mill St., Ruma, Ill., was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of intoxicants by a minor.

* Christopher Hans Erlbacher, 21, of 1012 Haddock, was issued a summons on suspicion of phone harassment.

* Stephanie Marie Metz, 20, was issued a summons on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Rebeca Marie Ruggles, 20, was issued a summons on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Harpreet S. Kahlon, 22, of 1715 Stoddard St., was issued a summons on suspicion of keeping a disorderly house.

* Michael C. Colon, 20, of 1715 Stoddard St., was issued a summons on suspicion of keeping a disorderly house.

* Placid B. Cardoz, 23, of 1715 Stoddard St., was issued a summons on suspicion of keeping a disorderly house.

* Cole A. Shinn, 20, of 413 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons on suspicion of keeping a disorderly house.

* Nicole R. Driscoll, 19, was issued a summons on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Nora A. Ryan, 18, was issued a summons on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Michael F. Wersching, 19, of 2758 Storm Lake, St. Louis, was issued a summons on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 518 South Ellis.

* Forgery and stealing was reported at 602 S. Kingshighway.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 on 1610 S. Kingshighway.

Property Damage

n Vehicle paint was reported damaged in the 1900 block of Longview.

Miscellaneous

* A 29-year-old female was placed into protective custody.

* A 26-year-old male was placed into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 35 S. Kingshighway.
