DWI

* Mary Margaret Chalmers of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resulting in a motorvehicle accident.

Arrests

* Christopher Scott Glynn, 25, of 448 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention and open container.

* Cynthia Marie Banks, 21, of 510 N. Fountain St. Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention and possession of a controlled substance.

* Willie James Pollard, 46, of 400 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for traffic violations.

* Danita Fay Crigger, 38, of 617 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Jeremiah Reddin, 18, of 320 Good Hope St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and failure to appear for stealing.

* Lora Anne Woodson, 38, of 710 Morgan Oak St. Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for false declaration.

* Angela Lynnette Brown, 24, of 710 Morgan Oak St. Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for theft and battery.

* Lora A. Woodson, 38, of 710 Morgan Oak St. Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

* Jamey L. Chiles, 29, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Larry Wayne Cope, 38, of Oran, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to repair the exterior of a house.

* Donald Lawrence Stream, 58, of Manchester, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain weeds.

* Christine Elaine Beardslee, 26, of 2432 Glenridge Drive, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to maintain weeds.

Assault

* Assault was reported and Alex Moses Hamilton, 28, of 203 Franks Lane, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A 13-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Two subjects were taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and assault.

* A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and property damage.

Burglary

* Burglary of apartments was reported at 639 S. Spring Ave.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 2346 Broadway St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen in the 400 block of Jefferson Ave.

* A 1988 Maroon 4-door Chevrolet was reported stolen at 100 West Park Mall.

Property Damage

* Kiefner Brother Inc. General Contractors, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported windows and door broken and siding damaged.

Miscellaneous

* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for false declaration.

* A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A warrant was applied for failure to return to confinement.

* A warrant was applied for failure to return to confinement.

* A 1992 Red Dodge Spirit was reported abandoned in the 500 block of South Ellis Street.

* A 1989 Blue Buick Century was reported abandoned at 1818 Broadway St.
