What is your favorite exercise/which exercise is the most effective?

"I like to work my abs and my upper body."

How do you stay physically fit?

"I like to work a combination of cardio and weight lifting, and I do martial arts at Universal as well."

Where do you go to work out and how often?

"I try to watch what I eat, but I'm not always successful."
