The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joshua Ray Myers, 25, of Route 2 Box 157, Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Rodney T. Sawyer, 39, of 1010 Locust St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.

* Charles A. Harless, 30, of 124 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Azizi U. Ray, 24, of 1302 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for forgery.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine precursors with intent to manufacture.

* Jerome L. Bridges, 19, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Brandon William Mosley, 18, 728 Hickory St., was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Jason Edward Padgett, 28, of 327 N. Frederick St., Apt. 304, was issued a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and faiulure to use a turn signal.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101 Stop, 449 S. Kingshighway Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

* Checks and a Missouri driver's license were reported stolen at 300 West Park Mall.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported theft. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.

* A red bicycle was reported stolen at 711 Clark Ave.

* A purse was reported stolen at 3415 William St.

Property damage

* A vehicle tire was reported at 825 N. Spanish St.

* Property damage was reported at 721 Forest Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Cape Auto Pool, 1238 Meadowbrook Lane, reported failure to return a leased vehicle.

* Harassing phone calls were reported at the 1600 block of Perryville Road.

* Assault and attempted theft of condoms were reported at Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Robert Salvator, 20, of 224 Bronze Lane, was issued a summons for driving while revoked.

* Alicia M. Dambach, 20, of 421 Springview St., was issued a summons for failure to display license plates.

Thefts

* A vehicle was reported stolen in the 1500 block of South Farmington Road.

* Theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of Greensferry Road and in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Property was reported found on Old Cape Road.

* Tresspassing was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* A cell phone and calculator were reported stolen in Towers South.
