Arrests Leonard Duane Fox, 42, no address given, was arrested Monday on suspicion of trespassing.

Brandi Michelle Hale, 20, of 331 S. Lorimier, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation, a New Madrid County warrant for fraud and insufficient funds and a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Gerald Lee Ivy, 19, of 917 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Eugene William Staten, 25, of 20 N. Pindwood, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Johnson County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

Joe E. Kindle, 46, no address given, was arrested Monday on suspicion of trespassing.

William Jeffrey Hall Sr., 42, of 700 Scott St., New Madrid, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of pseudoephedrine and drug paraphernalia.

Summonses Herald T. Dodds Jr., 56, of 1765 Rear Oakley, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of failure to maintain property and maintaining nuisance vehicles.

Mark Mosley, 23, of 1006 S. Ellis, was issued a summons Tuesday on suspicion of animal abuse.

Assault Assault was reported Tuesday.

Thefts Checks were reported stolen Monday at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

A lawn mower was reported stolen Monday at 923 N. Frederick.

Cash was reported stolen Monday at 2779 Hawthorne.

Alcoholic drinks were reported stolen Monday at Pockets, 2021 Independence. A suspect was placed in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint.

Cash was reported stolen Tuesday at 1448 N. Kingshighway.

A tailgate latch, speaker box and speakers were reported stolen Tuesday at 624 Boxwood.

Burglary A television, game station, stereo, speakers, DVDs, laptop computer and jewelry were reported stolen during a burglary Monday at 404 Bellevue.

Property damage Building damage was reported Tuesday by Big River Telephone Company, 24 S. Minnesota.

A vehicle fender was reported damaged Tuesday at 3945 Granite.

A wall was reported damaged Tuesday at Helpers, 1545 Independence.

Building damage was reported Tuesday by Cars and Trucks Unlimited, 601 Independence.

Miscellaneous Fishing rods and miscellaneous equipment was found Monday at 2308 Kenneth.

Two suspects were released Monday pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of possession of pseudoephedrine and drug paraphernalia.

A 14-year-old male and three 15-year-old males were cited to juvenile court Tuesday on suspicion of a curfew violation.
