DWI

* James E. Merriwether Jr., 20, of 514 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jerry L. Warren, 42, of 412 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of a weapon offense.

* Thomas L. White, 24, of 429 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of two incidents of forgery and receiving stolen property.

* Gabriel P. Lorenzo, 23, of 406 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of theft and failure to register as a sex offender.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending formal charges on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana.

* Jacob L. Faulk, 23, of 827 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

* Tony L. Thompson, 39, of 501 S. Middle St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Massac County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Linda G. Renicke, 46, of 340 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

* Bernard P. Richards, 18, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of trafficking, possession of marijuana and cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Joel D. Bland, 29, of 1107 Hidden Valley Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and driving while suspended.

Assault

* Assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101 Stop, 2109 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Reginald E. Kindle, 23, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving without a valid license, possession of marijuana and failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

* Gregory Y. Goninan, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving without maintaining financial responsibility.

* Claudia S. Ramero, 27, of Houston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing motor fuel and driving without a valid license.

* Brian W. Biri, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and property damage.

* Justin D. Moore, 24, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked.

* Shawn C. Golden, 33, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

* Latwilla C. Merriweather, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Christopher C. Falls, 26, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of marijuana.

* Jacob J. Rocha, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Missouri Board of Parole and Probation warrant for probation violation on burglary and theft.
