Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Anthony L. Wilkins, 21, of 331 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for suspended operator's license, failure to pay a fine for no proof of insurance, failure to pay a fine for property damage, and failure to pay a fine for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tammy L. Reeder, 28, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Madison County warrant for probation violation.

* William M. Grogan, 33, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for violating an EMP curfew.

* James A. Jones, 30, of 1013 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operator's license.

Summons

* Jason M. Anton, 25, of 115 N. Fountain St., received a summons for the sale of liquor to a minor.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen from 9 N. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Two 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court for possession of marijuana.

* A harassing telephone call was reported.
