The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Timothy C. Sanderfer, 41, of 3026 Mimosa Dr., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene.

* Bradley G. Benton, 19, of 663 Timon Way, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Megan K. Day, of 1234 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

* One person was in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* JC L. Brown, 25, of 535 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for dimming of lights, failure to pay for motor vehicle financial responsibility, failure to pay fine for driving while intoxicated, failure to pay fine for no operators license, failure to pay fine for resisting/interfering with an arrest.

* Rodney J. Harris, 26, of 29 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing a motor vehicle and on a probation and parole warrant for parole absconder.

* Darwin K. Graham, 19, of 1126 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for trespassing, no operators license, and seat belt.

* Kevin L. Nobles, 22, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no operators license and use of headlights.

* Evan D. Johnson, 22, of 1721 Cape meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for property damage and for failure to appear for resisting/interfering with an arrest.

* Christopher S. Scott, 25, was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for probation violation.

* Melissa Bonta, 29, of 3817 Stonebridge Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a seatbelt violation.

Summonses

* Cornelius V. Miles, 36, of Advance, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain property.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A cellular telephone was reported stolen from 2136 William St.

* U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of two trailers.

* Budget Leasing, 1131 N. Kingshighway, reported a failure to return rental property of a 2006 white Chevrolet Impala.

Cape Girardeau County

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Richard R. Gilmore, 33, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for assault and on a Missouri Parole Board warrant for parole violation.

* Patrick D. Siebert, 26, of Patton, Mo., was arrested on a Madison County Warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Darrell W. Burnett, 49, of Dutchtown, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Michael E. Sadler, 25, of Williamsville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault, and on a Poplar Bluff police warrant for failure to appear for expired state registration.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.
