The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jason L. Daniels, 31, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* John E. Lasley, 25, of 50 Centennial Drive, received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft.

* Medication was reported stolen from 1105 Linden St.

* Kermat Enterprise, 616 Emerald St., reported the theft of a washer and dryer.

* A satellite radio was reported stolen from 210 S. Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

* Arson was reported at 322 S. Ellis St.
