* Mark A. Kilburn, 37, of 805 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
Arrests
* Frederick D. Walker, 25, of 124 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with expired plates, failure to show proof of insurance and possession of controlled substances.
* J.C. Brown, 25, of 13 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine.
* Richard A. Chadd, 37, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant and a Missouri warrant for parole absconder.
* Justin Gerard Blackmon, 26, of 1015 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Dustin M. Lewis, 20, of 3536 Ridge Road in Jackson, was arrested on a Butler County warrant for failure to appear.
* Troy A. Allen, 43, of 827 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for driving while suspended and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Glenn A. Taylor, 45, of 825 Hickory St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.
* Demetrius J. Deberry, 22, of 1447 Themis St., was arrested on a federal warrant for distribution of controlled substance.
Summonses
* Ryan L. Cameron, 21, of 509 N. Maryland St. in Jackson, received a summons for prohibited acts.
* Matthew D. Pulliam, 24, of 1091 Aspen Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway. Cheryl L. Spurlock, 37, of 2718 Stephen Drive, was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Missouri license plates were reported stolen at 843 N. Main St.
* Money was reported stolen in the Cape Girardeau area.
* An electronic key was reported stolen at 3463 Armstrong Drive.
* A CD player was reported stolen at 615 Sycamore Circle.
* Checks were reported stolen at 3007 Wisteria Drive.
* A check was reported stolen at 124 S. Lorimier St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 613 Sycamore St.
* An X-Box, Nintendo game box, and assorted games were reported stolen at 617 Boxwood Drive.
* A theft was reported at 623 Good Hope St. Michaela E. Saffold, 22, of 623 Good Hope St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A radio/CD was reported stolen at 619 Sycamore St.
