The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Mark P. Bradley, 45, of 224 D Street Lot 90, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance, two stop sign violations, no headlights, driving while revoked and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Fred L. Langevin, 38, of 429 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for child neglect.

* Twylla L. Roderick, 37, of 915 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Camden County warrant for probation violation.

* Todd J. Masterson, 25, of Warrenton, Mo., was arrested in Warren County on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for parking tickets.

* Derek S. Gills, 25, of 331 S. Lorimier St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for driving while intoxicated, contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for leaving the scene of an accident and contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for careless and imprudent driving.

* James T. Eakin, 22, of 242 N. Pacific St., No. 2, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for improper registration, driving with a suspended license and driving with a revoked license.

* Christopher S. Buckley, 24, of 242 N. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and littering.

* Jonathan J. Ridings, 22, of 101 N. Ellis St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and littering.

Summons

* James H. Kelpe, 62, of 3816 County Road 645, received a summons for an animal running at large.

Thefts

* The Shoe Department, 105 West Park Mall, reported a theft of shoes.

* A theft of knives was reported at 241 N. Fountain St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Dornoch Construction, 6132 Cardrona Drive, reported a theft of backhoe forks.

* Flori Heating and Cooling, 101 William St., reported the theft of a trailer.

* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline and cigarettes.

Burglaries

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and theft of lottery tickets.

* A burglary and assault were reported.

Property damage

n A vehicle window was reported broken at 1751 Independence St. A leather bag was reported stolen.

* The rear passenger window of a vehicle was reported broken at 13 Doctors Park.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 277 S. Spanish St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported. Two girls, both 16, were cited into juvenile court.

* A counterfeit $10 bill was reported.

* A 51-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A check written on a closed account was reported at 111 S. Broadview St.

* An ex parte violation was reported.

* Child molestation was reported.

* Saint Francis Medical Center, 3168 Willam St., reported a counterfeit $10 bill.

* A forgery was reported at 612 S. Sprigg St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Garrett C. Fink, 26, of 117 N. Shawnee Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, operating a motor vehicle without a license, violation of a court order and leaving the scene of an accident.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 2700 block of Diana Drive.
