The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Erica Woods, 22, of 623 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and failure to yield for an emergency vehicle.

* Jamie L Goggin-Pike, 32, of 4207 County Road 621, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Manuel L. Landa, 38, of 116 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

* Torrance O. Gardner, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of crack cocaine distribution.

* An assault was reported at 487 Green Acres Drive. A 13-yearold girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court, and Sherreta A. Jones, 36, of 1721 Green Acres Drive; Shelonan R. Kirby, 18, of 487 Green Acres Drive; and Kaishan L. Kirby, 19, of Charleston, Mo., received summonses in connection with the complaint.

* Thomas L. Youngblood, 21, of 2839 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear for improper registration.

* Steven H. Branson, 33, of 1008 S. Ellis St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.

* David A. Smith, 29, of 808 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Tina G. Bickings, 41, of 1992 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of crack cocaine and driving while suspended.

* Michael J. Steward, 20, of 1215 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for speeding.

* Paul Vanmeter Jr., 54, of Miller City, Mo., was arrested on an Illinois state warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Frederick E. Gibson, 41, of 914 Old Cape Road in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of littering.

Assaults

* An assault was reported. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint pending formal charges.

* An assault was reported.

* An assault was reported at 1103 S. Ellis St. Gary D. Hall, 35, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 2525 Boutin Drive.

* The theft of furniture television, DVD player and DVDs was reported at 2829 S. Sprigg St.

Burglaries

* A burglary and theft was reported at 413 Penrod Place. Chad B. Peltz, 26, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A burglary and theft of a PlayStation 2 and video games were reported at 919 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged in the 100 block of North Ellis Street.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at Broadway and Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* Telephone harassment was reported.

* Identity theft was reported.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Derrick Clark, 41, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery/stealing.

* Michael W. Locke, 37, of Burfordville, was arrested on a Clark County warrant for possession of narcotic manufacturing products.

* Dwight A. Armour, 56, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for forgery.

* Janeane F. Walls, 42, of St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for two counts of receiving stolen property.

* Shelby K. Stradford, 29, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Theft

* The theft of motor fuel was reported on Highway 25. Lindsey P. Leonard, 31, of Chesterfield, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
