The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Jacquiline A. Ward, 24, 3814 Carolewood, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while under the influence.

Arrests Earl Wilcox, 47, 2001 Holly Ave., Columbia, Mo., was arrested Friday on an Illinois warrant for failure to appear.

Jennifer Fornkohl, 17, 3188 County Road 634, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of escape from custody.

Melissa Randol, 34, of Scott City was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant.

A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Janice Peairs, 31, 1311 Jefferson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

Maria Villegas, 22, 331 Louis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear.

Syera Horell, 20, 1610 Elmoood, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

Summons Brian Weiss, 36, P.O. Box 394, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Jerry Sneed, 68, of Jackson received a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Wilson Mungle, 65, 522 S. Sprigg, Caper Girardeau, received a summons Saturday for failure to maintain property.

Thefts A credit card was reported stolen Friday at 502 Elm.

Theft of gasoline was reported Friday by Bi-State at 920 N. Kingshighway.

Robbery was reported Saturday at 1448 N. Kingshighway.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Saturday.

Theft of gasoline was reported Saturday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.

Property Damage

A window was reported broken Friday at 612 N. Fountain.

Six windows were reported broken Friday by the Cape Girardeau School District at 101 S. Pacific.

Damage to a vehicle was reported Friday at 2346 Broadway.

Damage to a vehicle was reported Saturday at 1521 Themis.

Miscellaneous

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Saturday.

A .22-caliber handgun reported stolen in Union County, Ill., was recovered Saturday in the 400 block of South Minnesota.

A Huffy mountain bicycle was reported found Saturday.
