Cooper-Browning

Jessica Lea Cooper and Scott William Browning of Cape Girardeau announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Larry Keith and Sharon Cooper of Cape Girardeau. Browning is the son of Marvin and Denise Browning of Caraway, Ark.

Cooper is a 1999 graduate of Senath-Hornersville High School. She is a licensed loan officer with Premier Mortgage in Cape Girardeau.

Browning is a 1999 graduate of River Side High School in Lake City, Ark. He is a licensed loan officer with Premier Mortgage.

A Sept. 9 wedding is planned at Rowe's Chapel Baptist Church in Caraway.
