Ahner-Wilkinson

Rebecca Ahner of Jackson and Dan Ahner of St. Louis announce the engagement of their daughter, Carin Elizabeth Ahner, to David Frank Wilkinson, both of Columbia, Mo. He is the son of Henry and Karen Wilkinson of Jackson.

Ahner is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in media communications from Webster University in 2005. She plans to enter the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine this fall. She is employed at MBS in Columbia.

Wilkinson is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri in 2004. He is a lab manager at Environmental Dynamics Inc. in Columbia.

A Sept. 30 wedding is planned at The Conservatory in St. Charles, Mo.
