Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Lisa Savage, 44, of 545 S. Spring St., Apt A, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* Geoffrey Albert Holmstrom, 41, of 129 S. Park St. , was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving, driving an unregistered vehicle with no insurance, driving while intoxicated and driving while license is revoked.

* Robert Taylor, 23, of 156 B St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a sign and failure to have insurance.

* Gregory Jerome Gary, 40, of 9827 10th Ave. in Tacoma, Wash., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and avoiding a checkpoint.

* Larry Edward Scaggs Jr., 28, of Virginia Street in McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a sign.

Arrests

* Becky Rena Halbrook, 44, of 2218 County Road 318 in Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court on a seat belt violation and permitting an unlicensed driver to drive.

* Harpreet Singh Kahlon, 23, of 809 N. Park St. , was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Robert E. Lee Myers, 31, of 1119 Good Hope St. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and one warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Broshawn D. Egson, 30, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Jolynn Mann, 34, of 45 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failing to appear in court.

* Clarence Lowe, 39, of 6867 Highway 177, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court on fraud charges and a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Roland Calice, 41, of 1520 Dunklin St. , received a summons for driving while license was revoked and careless and imprudent driving.

Assaults

* Third-degree assault was reported in the 300 block of North Park Street.

* An assault was reported in the 900 block of Hackberry Street. A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charge.

Thefts

* Cash was reported stolen from 1667 Perryville Road.

* A cell phone was reported stolen from 3020 Aspen Drive.

* A walking cane was reported stolen from 735 William St. Angelo Tyler Berry, 47, of 719 William St., was issued a summons in conjunction with the report.

* Two car stereos were reported stolen from Target at 202 Siemers Drive. Justin Lee Hart, 19, of 302 Jackson St. in Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons in conjunction with the report.

Miscellaneous

* A bone of unknown origin was reported found in the 400 block of Washington Avenue.

* A missing person was reported at 429 N. Frederick St.
