The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Demetrius D. Clary, 38, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Phillip W. Zimmerman, 25, of 518 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for unlicensed vehicle.

* David R. Oliver, 40, of 316 Independence St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for violation steady signal and failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Kelly N. Blankenship, 18, of 118 S. Hope St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary.

* Eddie Jones, 32, of St. Louis was arrested on a Buchanan County warrant for failure to appear for child neglect.

Summons

* Joshua A. Gholson, unknown age, of 521 Koch Ave., and Timothy S. Hunter, unknown age, of Anna, Ill., and Robert D. Weissinger, unknown age, of 611 Mechaw Drive, received a summons for delivery or concealment of contraband articles.

Assaults

* An assault was reported. An 11-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.

Thefts

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 1000 Bellevue Street. It was later recovered.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Donna K. Gentry, 55, of 1714 N. Main St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* Mail was reported stolen at 701 Minnesota Ave.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A purse was reported stolen at 13 Doctors Park Drive.

Property damage

* Accidental property damage was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged in the 100 block of South Hanover Street.

Miscellaneous

* A forgery was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

DWI

* Jerry K. Myers, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Pamela S. Moak, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Brandy L. Scherer, 26, of Brownwood, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for driving while revoked, passing bad checks, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Brandon L. Janssen, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary.

* Brian L. Patrick, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau probation violation warrant for burglary.

* Chassidy T. Hendricks, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Kenneth R. Owen, 25, of Delta was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for harassing.

* Richard N. Lemonds, 37, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for non support.

* Malcolm E. Loy, 35, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possessing any methamphetamine precursor drug with intent to manufacture meth.
