The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Allyson C. Barrett, 42, of 3026 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Deanna M. Lopez, unknown age, of 840 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no valid Missouri driver's license.

Arrests

* Levi Elledge, 26, of 194 Sunrise Drive in Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.

* Evan S. Batterton, 24, of 520 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

* Lattie A. Clark, 47, of 612 Emerald St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

* Daron L. Cistrunk, 42, of 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor carrier vehicle on tires with fabric exposed.

* Kenny E. Brown, 38, of 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Kimberly M. Cahill, 18, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
