Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher D. O'Kelly, 21, of 1520 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for child neglect.

* Laura A. Jones, 20, of Wildwood, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of a license.

* Zatrun R. Twiggs, 21, of 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for no operator's license and failures to appear for possession of a controlled substance, no operator's license, rear lights required, improper registration, no financial responsibility and leaving the scene of an accident.

Summons

* Whitney D. Davis, 19, of Dexter, Mo., received a summons for careful prudent operation required.

Thefts

* The theft of CDs and a broken vehicle window was reported at 631 Themis St.

* Jaspers, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Missouri license plate renewal stickers were reported stolen.

Burglary

* A burglary, broken window, and the thefts of an air conditioning and copper tubing were reported at 624 S. Pacific St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 1034 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.

* Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at the Student Recreation Center.
