Jo Ann Dallas of Cape Girardeau and Dwayne and Terry Hutson of Marquand, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberley Rose Hutson, to Martin Hoffman Jr., both of Jackson. He is the son of Martin and Deborah Hoffman of Cape Girardeau.

Hutson is a 2000 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2006 graduate of the nursing program at Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. She is a licensed practical nurse at the Lutheran Home.

Hoffman is a 2001 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2005 graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla. He is a civil engineer at Bowen Engineering.

A Nov. 18 wedding is planned at St. Mary's Cathedral.
