The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Danny G. Newcomb, 46, of 1538 Independence, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance.

Ryan M. Ellsworth, 20, of 2952 Woodbridge St., St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of making a false declaration.

John P. Mazar, 20, of 1704 San Simeon, Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure for urinating in public.

Kenneth E. Pearson, 43, no current address, was arrested Friday on a Kansas City, Mo., warrant for dangerous drugs.

James R. Barnes, 27, of 1526 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday for prohibited acts.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Kidd's II at 103 N. Kingshighway.

A license plate tab was reported stolen Thursday at 527 N. Middle.

A check was reported stolen Thursday at 535 Boxwood.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 1133 Lexington.

A cell phone was reported stolen Friday at 1710 N. Sprigg.

Stolen and forged checks were reported Friday at 3120 Independence.

Burglaries

A PlayStation, XBox and a video game were reported stolen in a burglary Thursday at 2824 Themis.

Televisions, DVD players, DVD movies, CDs and cash were reported stolen in a burglary Thursday at 3020 Boutin.Property Damage

A door was reported damaged Thursday at 1009 N. Spanish.

Grass was reported damaged Thursday at the 700 block of Walnut.

A window was reported broken Friday at 715 Broadway.

Jackson

Saturday, Sept. 6

Miscellaneous A runaway was reported Thursday at the 600 block of North Georgia.

Fraud was reported Thursday at the 500 block of South Hope.
