Cotner-Rider

Keith Cotner of Cape Girardeau and Sherri Cotner-Bailey of Houston, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Cotner, to Seth Rider, both of Denver, Colo. He is the son of Barry and Barb Rider of North East, Pa.

Cotner received a degree in economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder. She is a pharmaceutical recruiter with a firm based in Dallas, Texas.

Rider is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Vermont Law School. He is an attorney with a litigation firm.

An April 2004 wedding is planned at St. John, Virgin Islands.
