The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Raymond H. McDade Jr., 37, of 612 Dorothy, Sikeston, Mo., received a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, striking a legally parked vehicle and driving with a revoked license.

Arrests William Porter, 40, of 2920 Perryville Road, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Sammie T. Beason III, 22, of 203 S. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and trespassing.

Robert L. Payne, 27, of 150 S. Lorimier, Apt. 5, was arrested Thursday on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Michael S. Brown, 34, of 1218 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Marcus D. Turks, 23, of 447 N. Main, Apt. A, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Jacinta F. Smith, 21, of 721 North Street, Pulaski, Ill., was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing.

Mark Mosley, 23, of 707 S. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Summonses Cody L. Bell, 20, Ricky J. Jinkens, 21, Steven A. Carter, 20, and Adam J. Sahaida, 20, all of 218 William, Cape Girardeau, received summonses Friday for a disorderly house.

Thefts

A license plate was reported stolen Thursday at East Rodney.

Prescription medication was reported stolen Thursday at 3439 William.

Clothing was reported stolen Thursday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. A 15-year-old girl was cited to juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

CDs, medication, a vacuum belt and bags were reported stolen Thursday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Randy G. Huffman, 44, of 10258 State Highway W, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Tires and wheels were reported stolen Friday by McBride Mack Truck Sales at 2115 Southern Expressway.Property Damage

A door was reported damaged Thursday by Answer Right at 519 Broadway. Patricia F. Huffman, 34, of 447 N. Main, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of property damage in connection with the complaint.

A soda vending machine was reported damaged Thursday at 103 Cape West Parkway.

A soda vending machine was reported damaged Thursday at 3303 Campster.

A soda vending machine was reported damaged Friday at 889 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Thursday at 3439 William and 2109 William.Jackson

Dallas Seabaugh, 52, of 228 County Road 345, Jackson, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Miscellaneous

Theft was reported Thursday at the 1800 block, the 3000 block and the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage was reported Thursday at the 1200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Thursday at the 500 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage was reported Thursday at the 1400 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
