The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Jorge A. Taborn, 23, of 1416 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Stephanie R. Roth, 21, of 1710 N. Sprigg, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Gary Myron Klym, 47, of 1927 N Kingshighway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

Arrests A 16-year-old was cited into juvenile court for possession of a controlled substance.

A 50-year-old woman was taken into protective custody Saturday.

Summonses

Jennifer L. Moore, 25, of 363 Godwin Drive, Jackson, received a summons for theft at 100 West Park Mall.

Joleta S. Ludwig, 20, of 8618 Route CC, Jackson, received a summons Friday for possession of alcohol.Assaults

Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Friday at 654 S. Spring.

D-Mart reported gasoline being stolen at 3276 William on Friday.

Tools and a cell phone were reported stolen Saturday at 3265 William.

Cash and a check were reported stolen Saturday from Prodigy's Salon, 125 S. Broadview.

Tools, a vacuum and other items were reported stolen Saturday from 2011 N. Kingshighway.

A VCR and DVD players were reported stolen Saturday from 3265 William.

Clothes were reported stolen Saturday from 3256 William.

Tools and cash were reported stolen Saturday from Gordon Food Service, 2011 N. Kingshighway.

An electric razor was reported stolen Saturday by Wal-Mart, 3439 William. Carrie Rushell Weatherford, 20, of 2736 W. Grand, Springfield, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

A door frame was reported damaged Friday at 521 S. Frederick.Miscellaneous
