Scheper-Turner

Barbara Scheper of Jackson announces the engagement of her daughter, Sara Colleen Scheper, to Travis James Turner. He is the son of David and Marilyn Turner of Jackson.

Scheper is a 1994 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Southeast Missouri State University in 1999. She is an education specialist at the Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center.

Turner is a 1997 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast in 2002. He is an industrial technology teacher at Jackson Junior High School.

A July 28 wedding is planned.
