The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Roger A. Poe, 55, of 507 Cape Meadows, No. 10, was arrested Thursday on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violation.
Beverly L. Prater, 39, of 359 S. Central, Wood River, Ill., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a noise violation and for resisting arrest.
Brandon L. Westfall, 19, of 231 Mill, was arrestd Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Brian D. Adams, 37, of Perryville Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Davin O. Bean, 22, of 543 Crea, Decatur, Ill., was arrested Saturday on an Indiana warrant for cocaine sale, possession of a controlled substance and failure to pay a fine.
Summonses Benjamin S. Johnson, 18, of 2769 Co. Road 525, Jackson, Mo. was issued a summons Friday for a minor in possession of alcohol.
Thefts
A bicycle was reported stolen Friday at 1208 S. Ranney.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday at Amerimart on 1320 W. Cape Rock.
A bicycle was reported stolen Friday at 1610 Themis.
A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal carges for the fraudulent use of a credit device and possession of a controlled substance.
Clothes were reported stolen Friday at 216 Marlin.
A set of keys were reported stolen Saturday at 3005 Themis, Apt. B.
A subject is in custody pending formal charges for a theft of under $500 at 11 S. Kingshighway.
An identity theft was reported Satuday at Bessie and North Kingshighway.
Property Damage
A door strikeplate was reported stolen Friday by the city of Cape Girardeau at 20 E. Cape Rock Drive.
A vehicle window was reported broken Friday at 3121 Wisteria.
A vehicle was reported damaged Saturday at Water and Broadway.
A garage door was reported damaged Saturday at 2500 Saddlegate.
Miscellaneous
An assault was reported Friday at 2001 William.
A wallet was reported found a 415 Sheridan.
A 45-year-old white female was placed in protective custody Friday.
A 16-year-old white runaway female was referred to juvenile court Friday.
Three assaults were reported Friday at the corner of Main and Themis.
A peace disturbance was reported Friday at William and Siemers.
Trespassing was reported Saturday at 732 S. Ellis.
