The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will host a dual photography exhibition with images of Cuba by local orthodontist Dr. David Crowe and the landscape photography of KFVS12 meteorologist Brian Alworth. The Visual Arts Cooperative's newest work will also be on display.

Gallery 1.2.5 will exhibit the work of Bulgarian-born artist, photographer and filmmaker Victor Kantchev in its gallery. A First Friday reception will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. For more information call the gallery at 335-2699.

The Garden Gallery will be open from noon to 9 p.m. today. A book signing by Steve Mosley of his mother Jean Bell Mosley's autobiography "And God Answered" will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. and a wine tasting from Shawnee Winery will take place from 7 to 9 p.m.

The contemporary paintings of recent Southeast Missouri State University graduate David Meyer will be on display and True Loaves will be baking organic products for sampling.

The Artist Studio will showcase military artifacts from Tim Westrich's private collection and will take sign-ups for acrylic and papermaking workshops that start next week. The studio will host a reception from 5 to 9 p.m.
