Hill-Ford

Molly Hill and William Ford announce their engagement. She is the daughter of Joyce and Jerry Cooley of Cape Girardeau, and Russell Hill of McClure, Ill. Ford is the son of Mark and Olive Ford of Carman, Ill.

Hill is a 2003 graduate of Central High School. She expects to receive a bachelor's degree in speech communication/public relations from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in August.

Ford is a 2002 graduate of Southern High School in Stronghurst, Ill. He received a bachelor's degree in journalism from SIU-C in 2006. He is a sports reporter with Galesburg Register-Mail.

A Sept. 1 wedding is planned at Francine's Gardens.
