Mike Litzelfelner of Jackson and Vicki Keller of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessie Lynn Litzelfelner, to Anthony Michael Altman, both of St. Charles, Mo. He is the son of Rich and Terry Altman of St. Peters, Mo.

Litzelfelner is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School, and 2003 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a teacher with Francis Howell School District.

Altman is a 1999 graduate of Hazelwood West High School, and 2003 graduate of Southeast. He is a police officer with St. Peters Police Department.

A Nov. 17 wedding is planned at New Town Chapel in St. Charles.
