The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Jeffrey M. Grass, 18, of 4871 Melbrook, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Gary G. Emmett, 51, of Highway A, Box 75, Altenburg, Mo., was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Gerald L. Ivy, 20, of 22 N. Park, No.1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

Iris M. Nanney, 19, of 337 N. Ellis, No. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Ricky Scott, 21, of 808 S. Pacific, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Summons Christopher R. Bergfeld, 19, of 2403 Albert Rasche, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Friday on suspicion of assault and peace disturbance.

Thefts A white 1997 Ford bearing license plate number 119-TPR was reported stolen Thursday at 1409 Mississippi.

Assorted jewelry was reported stolen Thursday by Kay Jewelers at 183 West Park Mall.

Money was reported stolen Thursday at 2137 William.

Money was reported stolen Thursday at 1815 Northbridge.

Credit cards were reported stolen Thursday at 123 N. Main.

A lawn mower was reported stolen Thursday at 900 Broadway.

Burglaries Dollar General Store at 724 Broadway reported a burglary Thursday.

Heartland Insurance at 1001 Independence reported an attempted burglary Friday.

Property Damage A vehicle hatchback window was reported shattered Thursday at 400 S. West End Blvd.

Rhodes at 10 S. West End Blvd. reported a door window cracked Friday.

Miscellaneous A forged check was reported Thursday by Food Giant at 1120 S. Kingshighway.
