Jim and Martha Wills of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Renee Wills, to Luke Justin Seyer. He is the son of Marilyn Seyer of Jackson, and the late Ronnie Seyer. Wills is a 1993 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 1998 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.
