The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Timothy M. Morris, 29, of 1457 N. Main, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving.

Samuel D. Worthington, 23, of 1318 N. Sprigg, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, a stop sign violation, no proof of insurance and driving while suspended.

Robert A. Meyer, 29, of 581 Old School Road, Perryville, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests Charles E. Jones III, 27, of 408 North, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Jeremy T. Guyton, 18, of 26 County Road 524, Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Summons Cynthia S. Ussery, 25, of 3809 Old Route V, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for failure to close a bar at 632 Broadway.

Thefts A 2002 red Jeep Liberty bearing license 151AGG and a cell phone were reported stolen Wednesday at 1732 Luce.

Rhodes 101 at 1610 N. Kingshighway reported gasoline stolen Wednesday.

Cash and a soda were reported stolen Thursday at 225 N. Sprigg.

Prescription medications were reported stolen Thursday at 1701 Lacey.

A Missouri tag, TG1077638, was reported stolen Thursday in Cape Girardeau.
