The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Michael R. Roth, 22, of 25 Village, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain right half of the roadway.

Arrests Otis D. Rutherford, 17, of 630 S. Benton, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of assault.

Thefts A cell phone was reported stolen Tuesday by Blattner Steel.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday by Amerimart No. 7 at 1320 W. Cape Rock.

A Sony Playstation II, games and CDs were reported stolen Tuesday at 507 Cape Meadows.

CDs were reported stolen Wednesday at 1552 Parksite.

Property Damage

A mailbox was reported damaged Tuesday at 738 W. Rodney.Miscellaneous

Forged checks were reported Tuesday by Mid-American Title Loan at 1000 N. Kingshighway.
