The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Anthony Fisher, 34, of 915 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

John A. Recker, 24, of 1346 Perry Ave., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Brandon L. King, 17, of 1040 William, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summons Amanda K. Werle, 20, of 1903 Fox Pointe Drive, Arnold, Mo., received a summons Thursday for misrepresentation of age.

Thefts A 1999 green Dodge bearing Missouri license plate 029-TCR was reported stolen Thursday at 1530 Good Hope.

A cell phone was reported stolen Thursday at 2807 Lear.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Thursday at 3439 William. Eight incidents of fraudulent use of a credit card were reported in connection with the complaint.

Property Damage A window and neon signs were reported damaged Thursday by Broussards at 120 N. Main.
