Martin-Rayburn

Kim Martin and Thomas Martin of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Aurora Christine Martin, to Tyson Johnson Rayburn, both of Cape Girardeau. He is the son of Rhonda Johnson of Marble Hill, Mo., and Richard Rayburn of Cape Girardeau.

Martin is a 2006 graduate of Jackson High School, and a 2007 graduate of Trendsetters School of Cosmetology. She is a stylist at Select-a-Style Salon, and is employed at the Drury National Call Center.

Rayburn is a 2001 graduate of Woodland High School, and received a bachelor of science degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 2005. He is an assistant manager at Aldi, and is employed in the sports department at KFVS-12.

A fall 2008 wedding is planned.
