The Artist Studio

Broadway Books and Roasting

Broadway Books and Roasting, 605 Broadway, will host a presentation of the international new media art show "Freewaves." The show, presented via Wi-Fi connection, features film, video and new media art from around the world, shown on projection screens. Cape Importers

Cape Importers, 16 N. Spanish St., will feature Peruvian embossed aluminum reliefs by Celia Collins, Venezuelan handmade organic jewelry by Amneris Hampton and a selection of antique African masks. Friday hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information, call 339-1113.

WESTRAY featuring the Cat Ranch Art Guild

The WESTRAY gallery, 1930 Broadway, will feature the work of Cat Ranch Art Guild member Wilma Stratton, who specializes in stained art glass. The gallery will also display work from other guild artists. The gallery will be open from noon to 9 p.m. for a reception, and starting this month is open from noon to 6 p.m. every day except Sunday.
