Tucker-Allen

BENTON, Mo. -- Bill and Pat Tucker of Shelbyville, Ky., announce the engagement of their daughter, Leticia Kathryn Tucker of Hartford, Ky., to Jeffrey Lee Allen of Calvert City, Ky. He is the son of John and Kay Allen of Benton.

Tucker is a 1990 graduate of Shelby County High School, attended the University of Kentucky, graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 1999, and completed her residency at Baton Rouge General Family Medicine in 2002. She is in private practice in Hartford.

Allen is a 1996 graduate of Kelly High School, received a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri in 1990, and a master's degree in business administration from Murray State University in 1999. He is a chemical engineer at Westlake Industries in Calvert City.

A March 1 wedding is planned in Owensboro, Ky.
