Vines-Drum

Greg and Girada Vines of Cape Girardeau announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaime Lynne Vines, to Bradley Tyson Drum. He is the son of Kim Best of Cape Girardeau, Tom Best of Jackson, and the late Elmer Drum.

Vines is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in human environmental studies from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007. She is assistant director at Kids 'R' Kids in Wentzville, Mo.

Drum is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. He received an associate degree in heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology from Ranken Technical College in 2005. He is a service technician/installer with PVG Service Co. in Wright City, Mo.

An April 5 wedding is planned at Trinity Lutheran Church in Egypt Mills.
