The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Leotis S. Allen, 18, of 123 N. Clark, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Kelly D. Bunting, 37, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Jefferson City warrant for probation/parole absconder and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy T. Guyton, 19, of 26 County Road 524, Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

Theresa L. Amelunke, 41, of 2812 Themis, Apt. A, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear.

Denice A. Faust, 21, of 704 Elmwood, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.

David G. Latham, 23, of 1912 Commercial, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing and forgery.

Chad D. Valenti, 26, of 1915 Grandview, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of stealing.

Thefts A bicycle was reported stolen Wednesday at the 800 block of South Pacific.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 105 N. Clar.

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday by Hucks at 353 S. Kingshighway.

Checks were reported stolen Thursday at 1102 Landgraf.
