Spencer - Fluegge

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Barrong of Camden, Ark., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kellie Spencer of Corpus Christi, Texas, to Jeff Fluegge of Schertz, Texas. He is the son of Carolyn Myer of Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Milford Fluegge of Millersville.

Spencer is a 1986 graduate of Fairview High School in Camden. She received a master of science degree in speech-language pathology from the University of Central Arkansas in 1991. She is director of rehabilitation services at Driscoll Children's Hospital.

Fluegge is a 1980 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Hawaii Pacific University in 1997. He is business manager at King of Kings Lutheran Church in San Antonio, Texas.

A July 26 wedding is planned at Sweet Home Community Church in Prescott, Ark.
