• Stephen Ryan Honey, 22, of Tamms, Ill., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• April M. Calvert, 27, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Heather Campbell, 1115 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for driving while intoxicated.
• Michael Green, 31, 1115 S. Ellis St., was arrested on an Illinois state warrant for no driver's license and no seat belt.
• Floyd Wiseman, 43, 627 S. Benton St., was arrested on a warrant.
• Christopher D. O'Kelly, 22, 3002 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconder.

n Casey Lynn Davie, 24, 615 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on right half of roadway, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked.

Arrests

• Kevin Ray Craft, 18, 229 S. Bast St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana less than 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David C. Stroder, 35, 2505 Allendale Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

• William C. Owens II, 29, 127 Glen Drive, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• John Steven Gilmore, 47, 908 Kent St., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
