The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Khadijah Lashay Clemons, 17, of 150 Ash St., Ullin, Ill., was arrested Sunday at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park on suspicion of stealing.

Eric Lemont Holloway, 25, of 2716 Luce St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of domestic assault.

John J. Reger, 20, 515 Second, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks, failure to appear for failure to display plates, failure to appear for failure to register motor vehicle and failure to appear for writing bad checks.

Thefts A purse and its contents were reported stolen Sunday at 3254 William.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Sunday at 130 Vantage Drive.

A laptop computer was reported stolen Sunday by the city of Cape Girardeau, 429 Good Hope.

Merchandise was reported stolen Sunday from Nearly Perfect Shoes, 209 S. Kingshighway.

Money was reported stolen Sunday from 322 Merriwether.

Alcohol was reported stolen Monday from Rhodes 101, 1126 Sprigg.

A 1997 S10 Cheverolet truck was reported stolen Monday at 415 S. Sprigg. It was later recovered.

Cash was reported stolen Monday at the EZ Express Car Wash at 205 S. Kingshighway.

Money was reported stolen Monday at 730 S. Ellis.

Property Damage

A window was broken Sunday at 3254 William.

A sexual assault was reported Sunday.

A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody Sunday.

A suspect was taken into custody pending the filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

Laura L. Iverson, 24, 1026 Madison, Marquand, Mo., was issued a summons Saturday for no valid operator's license.

Darryl W. Parks, 42, 404 N. Farmington Road, Jackson, was issued a summons Sunday for domestic assault.Property Damage

A report of property damage was made Friday in the 1300 block of Apache Avenue.

Miscellaneous A report of harassment was made Saturday in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

A report of telephone harassment was made Saturday in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

A report of animal neglect was made Sunday in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

A report of tampering with a motor vehicle was made Monday in the 400 block of North Ohio Street.
