Arrests
Delbert Wayne Hogan Jr., 18, 531 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault, resisting arrest and assault of a police officer.
Jodie Lynn Walker, 27, 12410 Impact, Creve Coeur, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing at Famous-Barr in Westfield Shoppingtown West Park.
Ivan Dean Bragg, 78, 929 Walnut, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of maintaining a nuisance.
Gail Meador, 19, 404 Kidd, Delta, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William. A 16-year-old juvenile male in the same incident was cited into juvenile court.
Arleather Bell, 42, 1110 William, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of animal neglect.
Donald Charles Howell, 43, 2045 Hilleman Dr., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William, on suspicion of stealing.
Summons
Michelle Renee Nunley, 29, 529 S. Ellis, was issued a summons Thursday for a leash law violation.Thefts
A baby seat was reported stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway Thursday.
A 1994 blue Plymouth van was reported stolen from 701 N. Main Thursday.
A 2003 black Yamaha scooter and a 2002 tan Yamaha scooter were reported stolen Thursday at 212 West End Blvd.
Property Damage
A pair of eyeglass frames was reported damaged Thursday at 1131 S. West End Blvd.Jackson

Heather Stanfield, 29, 241 County Road 438, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on a St. Francois County warrant.
Property Damage
A report of property damage was made Thursday in the 2200 block of Whitney Jean Drive.
Theft
A theft was reported Thursday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
