DWI Clifford L. Adams, 39, of 1207 E. Main, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Tommy E. Sticht, 37, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain property free of litter.
Larry D. Best, 20, 2536 Masters, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of trespassing, peace disturbance, resisting arrest and property damage.
Jessica M. Vaughn, 19, 1841 Vincent, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for possession of marijuana.
Davon D. Merriweather, 17, 121 E. Butler, East Prairie, Mo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of walking in the street.
Tequila C. Higgins, 19, 214 N. B St., Poplar Bluff, was arrested Thursday on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and cost for harassment.
Kenneth T. Campbell, 17, 715 Ranney St., Cape Girardeau; Brandon L. King, 17, 1003 William, Cape Girardeau, and Evan D. Johnson, 17, 419 Sprigg St., Cape Girardeau, were all arrested Thursday on suspicion of resisting arrest.
Summons
Joshua K. Duncan, 30, 416 North St., Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Thursday on suspicion of stealing. Medication was taken from Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
Property Damage
A vehicle window was reported broken Thursday at 243 N. Park.
Thefts
A license plate was reported stolen Thursday at 419 S. Hanover.
Elite Travel Agency, 354 Silver Springs, reported stealing by deceit Thursday.
Cigarettes were reported stolen from Fred's Discount Store, 121 S. Sprigg.
Rhodes 101 Stop Convenience Store, 1126 N. Sprigg, reported two instances of gasoline theft.
A watch, jewelry, perfume and identification were reported stolen Thursday from 224 N. Park.
An in-dash CD player, checkbook, book bag and books were reported stolen from 1728 Themis.
Miscellaneous
Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported three instances of failure to return rental property Thursday.
A 15-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.Jackson

Christopher J. Morton, 22, of Jackson was arrested April 6 on a county warrant for stealing.
Brian Moore, 40, of Benton, Mo., was arrested April 7 on a county warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree assault.Summons
