Elfrink-Horrell

Harlen and Janet Weber of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Dawn Elfrink, to Kenny Horrell. He is the son of Celestine Horrell of Marble Hill, Mo., and the late Edward Horrell.

Elfrink received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is employed by the state of Missouri Family Support Division.

Horrell received an associate's degree in construction and design from Three Rivers Community College. He is employed by Drury Southwest.

An Oct. 2 wedding is planned at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Glennon, Mo.
