The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

n Stephen R. Moyers, 48, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failing to maintain a single lane.

  • Scott A. Masters, of 709 S. Ellis St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated, exhibition driving and driving with a revoked license following a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Morgan Oak and Spanish streets.

Arrests

  • Theodore J. Stucker, 25, of 620 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
  • Latorya N. Mackins, 26, of Pulaski, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and curfew violation.

Summonses

  • Daniel R. Johnston, 22, of 2408 Hilltop Lane, received a summons for prohibited posting.
  • Scott R. Edmonds, 22, of 305 Shawnee Circle in Jackson, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Thefts

  • A theft, property damage and trespassing were reported at 319 Park Drive.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
  • A purse was reported stolen at Capaha Park.

Burglary

  • A burglary, property damage and theft were reported at 2826 Hopper Drive.

Property damage

n Vehicle damage was reported at 232 Shirley Drive.

Miscellaneous

n A driver's license, purse, wallet and credit cards were reported found.

  • A notebook was reported found at Old Lorimier Cemetery.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

n Samuel J. King, 23, of 131 Tracy St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

  • Ada M. Lowman, 28, of 725 W. Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summons

  • Melody S. Blattner, 23, of 878 County Road 335, received a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

Property Damage

n Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of North Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A missing person was reported near Parkview Street and the city park.
  • An intoxicated person was reported on South Farmington Road.
  • Harassment was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
  • A keep the peace call was received in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
  • A request to check the welfare was received in the 400 block of Berchman Street.
  • A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of North Street.
