The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Timothy Eugene Pappas, 47, 150 S. Silver Springs Road, Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Summonses Connie Louise Young, 40, 923 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for a leash law violation.

Tristen Denise Lipps, no age given, 3115 Timmar Lane, was issued a summons for driving without a license.

Theft A CB radio was reported stolen from Hurst Agriquest, 900 S. Kingshighway.

A mobile flip phone was reported stolen from 1507 Independence St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 1116 Landgraf St.

CDs and money were reported stolen and a vehicle console damaged at 1701 Northwoods Court.

Property damage

A vehicle door was reported damaged at 915 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

Two 7-year-old children were bitten by dogs, one at 2640 Hopper Road, the other at 1701 West End Blvd.

A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

A stolen vehicle with Tennessee license plates was recovered at 6 N. Henderson St.

Summons

Robert Cole, 20, 304 Harvard St., Scott City, was issued a summons for driving under suspension, failure to register his vehicle, displaying the license plates of another and no insurance.
